The Thom-Boy Project is a licensed and bonded non-profit 501(c)(3) not for profit, public corporation. The Thom-Boy Project is routinely vetted by and have continuous oversight from the administrations that pay your benefits. They and hundreds of clients before you have entrusted us with managing retirement and disability benefits.
The Nitty Gritty
The Thom-Boy Project is genuinely unique because we are not a bill paying service. We partner with the VA as an authorized fiduciary and the DFAS, OPM, SSA, and RRB as a representative payee.
Adult Protective Services and State Guardians rely on us as a trusted choice to support their clients because they know we strive for exceptional service and work display the highest integrity.

Because The Thom-Boy Project is a neutral third-party, we become an extra layer of protection to help stop the emotional pleas, threats and bullying that the ‘well meaning’ use against the vulnerable populations.
We begin by ensuring wrap-around social services are incorporated to support a “whole person” approach. Our flexibility assists in removing barriers to secure housing, Medicaid, SNAP, utility assistance and much more.
